[CIG-SEISMO] Best way to run mutliple instances of SpecFem3D

I would like to simultaneously run multiple instances of SpecFem3D with
different parameters.

Is there a way to re-direct output of SPECFEM3D to a directory other than
\OUTPUT_FILES?

Or should I just clone the install and run two different instances in
different directories?
