[CIG-SEISMO] Anelastic effects in Mineos

Hi!
How does Mineos account for anelastic effects on seismic velocity? In 
Karato(1993) the equation is:
V = V0 * (1 + 1/(Q*pi) * \ln \omega \tau )
Where Q is (frequency independent) quality factor, \tau is relaxation 
time and \omega is the period.
In line 548 of minos_bran.f I found this:
fct=2.d0*dlog(tref*wdim)/pi
this variable "fct" appears together with Q in many places,  which leads 
to believe, that the expression of Karato is in fact used. Is this correct?
