[CIG-SEISMO] A update of the mesh2vtu program under vtk7.1

Hi everyone,
I found the current mesh2vtu program under the directory specfem3d/utils/Visualization/Paraview is outdated,so I made a few change to make it compile with VTK 7.1(the newest version).To use it,one need to: 
1.download VTK 7.1 and install 2.set the correct VTK dir.
