[CIG-SEISMO] bug fixes

Hi Michael,

I tried to fix the bug but noticed it was already fixed (at least in the 
"devel" branch of the code):

           else if (vsext(i,j,ispec) < TINYVAL) then
             ispec_is_acoustic(ispec) = .true.
           endif

Thus, if you are using a slightly older version of the code, you can 
switch to the "devel" branch and then type git pull.

On my side I am going to merge the "devel" branch into the main branch, 
to make sure that bug is fixed there as well.
