[CIG-SHORT] New release of lithomop

Dear cig-short list members,

There is now a new release of lithomop (r20050505) available via CVS.   
This release fixes a couple of major bugs and has a few other  
improvements as well.  There is also a new example  
(examples/linhex/timeslip1) that demonstrates how to lock and unlock a  
slippery-node fault using Winkler elements.  Anyone who is using the  
PETSc version of the code should upgrade to this release.  Keep in mind  
that this version requires MPI, PETSc, and pythia-0.8.  If you don't  
want to deal with those requirements just yet, you can stick with  
release r20050223a, which does not require MPI or PETSc, and uses  
pythia-0.5.  More information may be found at:
