[CIG-SHORT] PyLith Installation Problem - Update

Hi Burak,

The file 'setup.py' is indeed missing from the package; you can download 
it from here:

http://geodynamics.org/svn/cig/short/3D/PyLith/trunk/setup.py

However, I highly recommend that you use the pre-built binaries, if 
possible.  A missing 'setup.py' is just one of several problems you are 
likely to encounter when building from source.
