[CIG-SHORT] PyLith 1.x installation

Hello

I am trying to use PyLith 1.x (compiled from source) but it complains 
about missing module geocoords. Also there is a difference in the 
contents of the geocoords directory between the CIG provided binary and 
my build. Mine doesnt have any *.pyo or geocoordsmodule.* files.

Did I do something wrong while installing spatialdata or is something 
else messed up.
