[CIG-SHORT] CUBIT demo for Intel Macs?

Has anyone tried the Intel Mac CUBIT demo that was distributed at the  
CFEM workshop?  I just got around to trying it myself today.  Upon  
unzipping and untarring the file, I have a directory containing the  
three files 'claro', 'cubitx', and 'cubit.command' and no readme  
files.  None of the three seems to run CUBIT from the desktop or the  
command line, so I'm stumped.  Any suggestions how to make it work?
