[CIG-SHORT] install PyLith on a 64 bit machine

Yaru-

I don't see any errors in the config.log you sent. It looks like 
configure completed without any error messages. Is this true? If you ran 
into errors when running "make" please pipe make output to a log file 
"make >& make.log" and send the make.log file.
