I found the error in your parameters. You did not specify the id for either of 
the faults, so it issued the default value for each one. Because the fault BC 
is applied based on the id (which is an integer, while the label is a text 
string), the fault parameters were applied to both of the faults.

This is documented in the manual (note the last sentence):

id This is an integer identifier for the fault surface. It is used to specify 
the material-id of the cohesive cells in the mesh. Material identifiers must 
be unique so this value cannot be the same as any of the material models or 
any other fault.
