[CIG-SHORT] PyLith 1.1.2

Hi all:

The PyLith source and binaries have been updated to version 1.1.2. This 
release fixes a bug in parallel output of the solution on a subdomain (which 
caused segmentation fault) and adds the documentation files to the source 
distribution.

This release also updates spatialdata to version 0.3, which fixes a couple 
bugs in the interface to the Southern California Earthquake Center Harved 
Community Velocity Model (SCEC CVM-H).
