[CIG-SHORT] pylith CUBIT import

Pylith developers,

After building pylith I realized that I had neglected to enable CUBIT
mesh importing. So I installed the netcdf libraries and then in the
pylith source directory ran:

./configure --enable-cubit ...

To make sure that make caught the changes I wanted I did:

cd libsrc/meshio/
touch MeshIOCubit.cc

Than I ran make and make install. But I still can't import a CUBIT mesh.
 > pylith dislocation.cfg
  >> /home/dicaprio/local/pylith-build/lib/python2.4/site-packages/
pylith/utils/PetscManager.py:47:initialize
  -- petsc(info)
  -- Initializing PETSc.
  >> /home/dicaprio/local/pylith-build/lib/python2.4/site-packages/
pylith/meshio/MeshIO.py:45:read
  -- meshiocubit(info)
  -- Reading finite-element mesh
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::logic_error'
what(): Not configured to use CUBIT.
[0]0:Return code = 0, signaled with Aborted

I've attached the config.log and make.log files in this email.

Thanks,
Chris
