[CIG-SHORT] PyLith 1.4.2 tarball replaced

Hi all:

The source tarball for PyLith 1.4.2 was created with a different version 
of SWIG than the one used for spatialdata 0.5.2 which results in 
mismatches in types. I have replaced the PyLith 1.4.2 source tarball 
(2009 Aug 28 at 5:40 pm PDT) with one that uses the same version of SWIG 
as spatialdata 0.5.2.

Thanks to Tabrez Ali for noting this problem so quickly.
