[CIG-SHORT] benchmark run not writing out result files

Isabelle-

This was my fault. In doing some performance testing a while ago I had 
set the parameters to eliminate the output. In the 
strikeslip_hex8_1000m.cfg file, you will see lines that set the info and 
data fields to empty arrays. Those should be deleted. I have removed 
these and committed the changes to the repository.

The 250m benchmark requires a lot of memory, so you may not be able to 
run it unless your machine has more than ~12 GB RAM and you have a 
64-bit version of PyLith.
