[CIG-SHORT] PyLith 1.4

Hi Tabrez,

I'm not sure why you wouldn't have a rule to make pylithinfo.  Here  
are some questions:

1.  Do you have a Makefile.in in trunk/applications/utilities?
2.  Is this the most recent SVN version?
3.  Did pylith get installed anyway?
