[CIG-SHORT] problem on gfgen.py

This example uses the VTK reader provided by Mayavi.
http://code.enthought.com/projects/mayavi/
This example has been updated to use Mayavi-4.0, so it only works with 
Mayavi-3.x.

We are in the process of implementing an efficient procedure for 
computing Green's functions that does not rely on any external packages. 
This feature will be included in PyLith 1.7 which we hope to release 
later this year.
