[CIG-SHORT] Error Help

Well, it looks to me as though you haven't provided a filename for your boundary_North_Boundary spatial database.  You can double-check things using either:
pylithinfo xxx.cfg

or
pylith xxx.cfg --yyy.help-properties.

You'll need to determine what xxx and yyy are.
