[CIG-SHORT] PyLith windows binary error

Click to start the PyLith environment:
1. After typing "pylith", I got the error recorded in the attached
file 'error1'.

2. If I start python and type "import numpy", I get the error recorded
in file 'error2'.

I am using windows 7 Professional 64-bit Operating System.
