[CIG-SHORT] PyLith 1.7.1 manual updated

Greetings,

A revised version of the PyLith 1.7.1 manual has been posted on the 
PyLith webpage, http://www.geodynamics.org/cig/software/pylith/.

With the help of Sue Kientz, we have fixed a number of typos and 
formatting errors. We also appreciate the typos pointed out to us by 
participants at the recent Crustal Deformation Modeling workshop.
