[CIG-SHORT] No output

Hi Birendra,

I'm running your problem now (it's taking a while on my laptop).  The main problem I see so far is that there was no 'output' directory.  Now that I've created the directory, the problem seems to be running.  I'll let you know if it finishes OK.
