[CIG-SHORT] E,nu instead of rho,vs,vp?

Birendra,

All of the current bulk rheologies use density, Vp, and Vs as input 
parameters. If you want to use Young's modulus and Poisson's ratio, you 
would need to create your own material model. It is probably easier to 
just convert Young's modulus and Poisson's ratio to density, Vp, and Vs.
