[CIG-SHORT] Pylith 1.6.3 , Tutorial section 7.14.3 broken?

Hi Lucas,

You need to type
pylith dynamic.cfg dynamic_staticfriction.cfg to run the simulation 
using static friction. Change dynamic_staticfriction.cfg to other 
dynamic files to run other two.

dynamic.cfg itself is a file to be shared by these three and is not 
complete to run a simulation.
