[CIG-SHORT] Velocity BC and Zero Slip

Hi,

Is there a way to apply velocity BC and simultaneously force zero slip on
a fault? I'm currently doing this by creating a slip spatialdb file that
has 0 slip on all the points, but when I run the simulation an error is
returned saying that there was an I/O error while reading SimpleDB data.
I've checked the filed names, etc for spelling error, but I can't seem to
find anything.

I have the following script for my faults:

slip.label = Slip3BN
slip.iohandler.filename = slip3B.spatialdb
slip.query_type = linear
