[CIG-SHORT] Chosen material properties of 2d Tohoku-oki subduction example in the manual

Shaoyang,

The material properties were not chosen to be realistic. I based them 
somewhat on PREM (http://geophysics.ou.edu/solid_earth/prem.html), but 
mainly chose values to give a strong contrast among the materials.
