[CIG-SHORT] Pylith 1.8.0 install error

Dear developers,

I am trying to install Pylith 1.8.0 from the installer pylith-installer-1.8.0-0.tgz that I downloaded on Nov 12. I am getting error in the make stage. Please see the attached screen output and the config.log files. 
Please help me with the installation.
