[CIG-SHORT] Dirichlet displacement-normal boundary condition?

Hello,

I'm wondering if it's possible to specify a 'normal displacement' boundary condition along a curved surface in PyLith. For example 'displacement-normal', similar to 'traction-normal' for the Neumann condition. 

This would be useful to represent fixed volumetric expansion or contraction of a subsurface reservoir (e.g. hydrothermal or magmatic).
