[CIG-SHORT] pylith1.6.3 install error

Birendra,

This error suggests incompatibilities in the Python being used when 
building PyLith and that used to build spatialdata. Check the config.log 
from configuring spatialdata and config.log from configuring PyLith and 
make sure PYTHON is set to the same binary. Note that the paths for the 
tests are set at the time of running configure, not your current paths.
