[CIG-SHORT] Output files not show up (continue)

Hi,
I still get this problem , the output files doesn't show up in the output directory, however it is shown in the pylith command window, please see the attachment, in the same directory , the pylith command window has the output files, however in the windows, it doesn't , and I　am sure the files are not hidden.
