[CIG-SHORT] Fault vertices cannot be constrained

Hi everyone,

I am trying to simulate a subduction process and pylith gives an runtime
error saying

RuntimeError: Vertex with label '235012' on negative side of fault
'fault_slabtop' is constrained.
Fault vertices cannot be constrained.

I know that this means some conflicts in the boundary condition, but how
can I check this 235012 vertex? The mesh is generated in cubit and there is
not so many elements. Thanks.
