[CIG-SHORT] Error running on Pylith

Hi,
I am running Pylith on a cluster, I found some error that I don't have any
output files . So I test the problem gram step by step. I found out if I
turn on the refiner for the mesh, it can not generate the output file, so
is if I change the writer to HDF5 , the result can not generate , however
both cases are ok if I don't not use mpi , I am wondering if there is any
particular reason for these two cases?
