It is time to update the CIG Short-Term Crustal Dynamics working group 
priorities again. I have created draft versions of the priorities and 
the latest PyLith software development plan on the new CIG wiki. We are 
soliciting input from the community on BOTH the working group priorities 
and PyLith development plan.
