[CIG-SHORT] Running on cluster

Hi,
I am working on how to use pylith on a cluster, you gave me one option is to turn of Fortran by '--with-fc=0' in building PETCS . I don't know how to do this. In other word, how to build PETCS? I think this is the better way , easier than build pylith from source, because I don't need fortran compiler. Can you help me build PETCS without fortran ?
