[CIG-SHORT] Implement Q8 element

[Ma, Xiao]

Hi,
I have a question about using quadrilateral 8 nodes element (Q8) , is there an related example in implementing this kind of element type in pylith , or in the Trelis , is there a guidance to it ? From the examples , like in the "barshearwave " problem , the quad mesh is Q4, I can't find any example for Q8
