[CIG-SHORT] PyLith functioning

Hello every body- I have installed all packages on my windows 10 but when I
started pylith command window it is displaying a message "bash 4688
find_fast_cwd warning: could not compute fast_cwd please report this to
public mailing list.

Also after installation if I'm trying

cd examples/3d/hex8
pylith step01.cfg

the answers are command not found file not found... I have checked all
directories but unable to see any example data files.

Can anybody help me solve this problem and get me on track.
