[CIG-SHORT] Fwd: rheology model in pylith

As it is, I am covering this in a class right now. Attached is a document I
use deriving the equivalence of the parameters in either a general Maxwell
or Kelvin. There are some checks on the derivations, so I think it is
correct, but please let me know if it doesn't seem like its working...
