[CIG-SHORT] Gravity, fault opening and fault tractions

See TPV210 for an example using initial stresses consistent with 
gravitational body forces and a stress perturbation for nucleating 
rupture in a dynamic problem.

Note: I have not yet updated the CUBIT files and PyLith .cfg files in 
this benchmark to use the recent PyLith changes for buried faults.
