[CIG-SHORT] Updated installer for PyLith v2.1.0 for building from source

Hi all,

I have updated the installer for building PyLith v2.1.0 from source. 
Version 1 (2.1.0-1) provides updated versions of CMake, NetCDF, and 
netCDF4 (Python) to improve compatibility for building with the clang 
compilers on systems running OS X 10.10 (Yosemite).

This update does not include any changes to the PyLith or PETSc code base.
