[CIG-SHORT] Pylith 2.1.0-Darwin-10.6.8 (problems with Os x "El Capitan")

David,

Did you set up your environment by running "source setup.sh" in a bash 
shell (same terminal window as the example) before running the example? 
If you are using another shell, you will need to update setup.sh 
accordingly before running "source setup.sh".
