[CIG-SHORT] Pylith Software

I am Shipra Sinha, Student at the university of Oklahoma. I want to use the Pylith software for my research purpose and would like to know if there is any license requirement for this software. I have installed the software and got this error message "1 [main]bash 4280 find_fast_cwd:warning: couldn't compute Fast_CWD pointer". Can you please direct me how to rectify this bug and what should I do for normal working of the software. Thanks!
