Dear Alberto,

Are you using the stresses to control a bulk rheology (e.g., elastoplastic), or fault rheology?  Also, since this is one-way coupling, I’m assuming the fluid pressure is changing independently of the deformation — correct?  It seems to me it might be possible to use time-varying tractions for faults if that’s what you’re doing.  Otherwise, you may have to do as you say.
