[CIG-SHORT] a new question on PyLith

Yasemin,

First, you need to make corrections so that you do not get errors
generating the mesh. Depending on which version of Trelis you have, you
may need to make some updates to the journal files, so that the ids of
the entities are correct for your version. If you do not understand what
I mean by entity ids, then please make use of the tutorials provided by
Trelis.

The error you get when running PyLith indicates that your mesh is not
correct.

RuntimeError: Mesh missing group of vertices 'fault' for fault interface
condition.

For help in debugging, please see the debugging sessions from recent
tutorials posted on https://wiki.geodynamics.org/software:pylith:start.

Regards,
Brad
