[CIG-SHORT] reconstruct past land/sea ice fraction with SELEN

Dear Xiao,
in the current version of SELEN, there is no way to reconstruct
the past land/sea ice fraction, cince the shorelines are not moving
and there is no distinction between grounded and floating ice.
We are developing a code that fully accounts for these effects.
