[CIG-SHORT] PyLith version 2.2.0 installation from source

Hi Brad,

Here are the details:

I used wget to download the pylith installer.

Then, previously what I was doing was to copy the content of of the folder
pylith-installer-2.2.0-0 to another directory, so I would have something
like: $HOME/src/pylith

The correct way would be $HOME/src/pylith/pylith-installer-2.2.0-0

The above mistake is because I misundertood the following instruction from
the PyLith installation instructions:

These instructions are written assuming that you have downloaded the

installer source code to $HOME/Downloads and want to use the following

directories:


  * $HOME/src/pylith - directory where the installer source code is

    unpacked
