[CIG-SHORT] Coupled flow simulator with PyLith

Dear Charles,

I am unaware of other codes that may have been used for this.  I have done some very simple one-way coupling with the SUTRA code, but nothing very complicated.

I am sure that there are codes that could be used, but I don’t know which ones would be most suitable.
