[CIG-SHORT] autoconf files in m4 directory missing from templates directories

PyLith users writing friction or material extensions,

Some of the autoconf macro files in the m4 directory are missing from 
the templates/friction and templates/materials directories.

The easy workaround is to copy all of the .m4 files from the 
src/pylith-X.X.X/m4 directory to the templates/friction/m4 and/or 
templates/materials/m4 directories.
