[CIG-SHORT] The pylith_benchmarks reports errors

Hello, Brad
The pylith_benchmarks provide many good examples but I found that the Trelis/CUBIT software always reports errors when I run the .jou files, such as the tpv102 and tpv210. I can't make correct the errors because I don't know what the correct entity id is.  Would anyone like to correct the mistakes?
