[CIG-SHORT] Why Pylith sometimes cannot use linear interpolation?

Dear Charles
The old problem,When I use linear interpolation Pylith reports that it could not find final slip
at some point using spatial database. You told me that It should haven’t specified enough
points to interpolate the slip. I tried sparse mesh grid and dense spatial database, but it still
reports errors. I read the examples provided by Pylith. I found that, the even the example
provide sparse spatial database, it can use linear interpolation. So, I do not think "It should haven’t specified enough
points to interpolate the slip. " is the reason.
Do you think so?
