FYI, there is also Suckale's paper
http://people.seas.harvard.edu/~suckale/Suckaleetal_threetotango1_JGR2010.pdf
which uses level sets and ghost fluids. Like all the other codes, it
sees the second plume rising from the right side, not the center.
