Hey Cedric,

no, we currently don't have it generated automatically (but we should
change that). Here is a current version:
http://www.math.clemson.edu/~heister/manual.pdf

The reason we only update it rarely inside the repository is to avoid
having the size of the git repo grow too quickly.
