Hi, I saw today that Wolfgang committed the new averaging schemes and upgraded the manual. However, when I look on github or on the website, the manual still dates from many months ago (september or so). Is there a simple way for the compiled pdf version of the manual is automatically generated and uploaded online ? Best, Cedric.
